After each treatment, you will receive your BTX Track to collect all the information regarding your treatment and the product used. At any time, you will have access to: product name, lot number, and the instructions to follow post-treatment.

With this card, you earn points on all treatments, reaching 5000 points for a free treatment.
I'm not sure which treatment to select; can I choose at the clinic?
Of course! Every treatment is preceded by a medical consultation, and your booking is not binding. You can choose the treatment best suited to your needs with the doctor.
Can I have the treatment right after the consultation?
Of course! You can have the treatment done at the same time.
What products do you use?
We only use certified products backed by years of clinical studies. Our brands include Allergan (JUVÉDERM®), IBSA, and Teoxane.
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
A €20.00 deposit is required to book any treatment at the BTX Bar. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your treatment or refunded if you only have a free medical consultation.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Of course! Just make sure to let us know about any changes at least 72 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, the deposit cannot be refunded, and you will need to make a new booking.
