Secret Beauty Party: BTX Bar makes a fresh start in Rome

Rome. “A new remedy has arrived in town…” The BTX Bar, Italy’s first “botox bar,” is back in the spotlight with its Secret Beauty Party, which on November 6th celebrated the reopening of its Rome location on Via Sicilia following a meticulous restyling.
Founded on May 29, 2021, in Rome, Italy’s first “botox bar” introduced a new approach to aesthetic medicine: no longer a luxury, but accessible, inclusive, and focused on physical and mental well-being, far from the elitist and judgmental concept of beauty as a constant pursuit of “perfection.”
“You, better” remains the BTX Bar’s identity manifesto: helping everyone express the best version of themselves, with naturalness and awareness.
In recent years, the project has expanded with openings in Milan and Monza, and new sites already planned in other Italian cities. Rapid growth, supported by an active community and the brand’s ability to connect with Millennials and Gen Z through a pop, social, transparent, and direct language.
The Re-opening Party
On November 6th, the location at Via Sicilia 54 was transformed into a secret location to welcome the BTX Bar community to a party that brought together over 400 guests: patients, influencers, doctors, creators, artists, and figures from the beauty and lifestyle worlds.
An event that, in terms of numbers and atmosphere, enlivened the Roman scene in the heart of Via Veneto, right where a renowned international luxury hotel was holding its grand opening at the same time.
The restyling has unveiled more pop and welcoming spaces, to offer patients an even more refined experience and new technologies for personalized, cutting-edge treatments.
A community that identifies itself
BTX Bar continues to stand out for its direct and inclusive communication:
- campaigns against online misinformation,
- sponsorship of Pride events in Rome, Milan, and Monza,
- pop playlists and informal environments,
- every clinic is also a "Punto Viola" (Purple Point) capable of offering immediate support to victims of harassment and violence,
- a team of Patient Care available 7 days a week to welcome and meet all our patients' needs,
- the monthly appointments of the BTX Cafè, a space for discussion on the body, identity, and transformation.
A way of viewing aesthetic medicine as care, listening, and connection, combined with the highest standard of products used and state-of-the-art treatments.
The Roman celebration of the Pink Revolution
The Beauty Party featured BTX Bar-style tarot readings, games, tastings, and a special edition gift bag titled “The only Botox Bar. Let’s get one thing straight”.
Guests in attendance included: Karma B, Greta Menchi, Linda Rei, Martina Chiella, Ale Hilton, Pshychelangelo, Luca Buttiglieri, La Snika, Ida Montanari, Martina Chiella, Luana Leccese from the WoW Rowing Team, Michela Magalli, Sammi, Irene Prosperi, Antonio Di Matteo, Nicolas Daga, Luca Esposito, Oscar Simonetta, Martina Piccu, Veronika Logan, and many other community members, considered by the brand to be “V.I.P.” in the most literal sense: Very Important Patients.
With the re-opening in Rome, BTX Bar confirms its position as the Italian benchmark for contemporary aesthetic medicine: professional, safe, democratic, and culturally relevant.
